SPRINGFIELD - It’s not just a fun mixture of traditional food, music and native crafts. The 31st annual Puerto Rican Festival running through tonight at Springfield’s Riverfront park also helps keep afloat important community programs and promotes the rich Puerto Rican culture, an organizer said.
