A former Post-Standard reporter will receive the Outstanding Contributor award from the New York State School Music Association Nov. 30 in Rochester. Fred A. Mohr, of Pennellville, will be recognized for contributions to music education during NYSSMA’s annual four-day convention Nov. 29 to Dec. 2.
